Seniors grab 5 university scholarships

Four years of hard work finally paid off as four Seniors pass 5 university scholarships. The passers for Ateneo de Manila University Scholarships are Christian M. Alis, Tiffany G. Padilla and Venancio B. Jimenez III and for De La Salle University scholarship grants (STUFAP), they are Jay-Ar Sorreda and Venancio Jimenez III. They all qualified for 100% scholarship for both schools.

Pioneers attains 100% passing rate for DLSU Entrance Exam

Eight pioneers pass the De La Salle University (DLSU) Entrance examination conducted last September 2001. They are Tara Mae Avelino, Ray Miguel Imperial, Jay-Ar Sorreda, Hedwig Lynn Mendez, Chistian Neil Barsaga, Leo Jacinto Francia, Tiffany Padilla, and Venancio Jimenez III. Two passers, Sorreda and Jimenez III, qualify for the DLSU STUFAP Scholarships.

Eleven Pioneers pass Ateneo College Entrance Test

Eleven Pioneers pass Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) College Entrance Test last September 2001. They are Tara Mae Jessica Avelino, Leo Jacinto Francia, Tiffany Padilla, Venancio Jimenez III, Marko Gino Arcega, Marjun Tugano III, Fritzie Aliston, Christian Alis, Ray Miguel Imperial, Hedwig Lynn Mendez, and Julio Amador III. The school posted an 87% passing rate. Three of these passers qualified for full scholarship in the said school, they are Padilla, Jimenez and Alis.

BRC posts 100% passing rate for UST exam

A 100% passing rate was posted by the PSHS-BRC at the University of Santo Tómas (UST) Entrance Examinations. The entrance exams were conducted between September 2001 and January 2002, and results were released last March 2002. The scholars qualified for interview or for enrollment to the said university.
