Foundation, Inc.
Purposes
- To pursue and
maintain a responsive, relevant, and integrated educational support
program for the PSHS-BRC that will provide optimum social and economic
opportunities to deserving scholars and/or members;
- To receive, hold,
use, and apply contributions, donations, bequests, or endowments or
the proceeds thereof to advance and promote the primary purpose of
the Foundation;
- To seek the aid
of government institutions, private individuals and entities, including
charitable organizations, in order to achieve, promote, and realize
the objectives of the Foundation;
- To acquire, hold,
own, and/or lease real or personal property necessary or useful to
carry out the purposes of this Foundation, and if necessary, to sell,
assign, or dispose the same as may be authorized by law in furtherance
of the primary purpose of the Foundation; and likewise, under such
terms, to borrow money in order to carry out said purpose.
